Wedding & Event Venue Hire
We have two main pricing options for hiring Waingarara Valley as a venue:
Option One is our base hire rate including use of the reception hall and outside areas, toilet facilities, food prep area and facilities, tables and chairs, outdoor furniture and games, glasses, and a sound system with mic.
Option Two includes everything in Option One plus crockery, cutlery, mugs, an urn and some water jugs. We will also clear tables and wash all the dishes on the night.
A 20% deposit is required up front to secure your booking.

What is included in the venue hire fee?
When you hire our venue, you are hiring the use of the building, which has:
a substantial reception hall (to fit up to 150 guests) with toilet facilities
a food prep area with double drinks fridge, a dishwasher, and a large chiller
tables and chairs
a large deck area
some outdoor games
outdoor furniture - including umbrellas, wine barrel bar leaners and a wine barrel cake table
indoor/outdoor bar & a sound system with mic
You also have use of the surrounding areas of farm and bush on the property for photos.
How many people does the venue have capacity for?
We have capacity to host up to 150 guests.
Do we have to pay a bond for the venue?
Our venue bond is $1000 - refunded after your event if there are no damages.
Is Waingarara Valley a licensed venue?
Waingarara is a licensed venue, with our alcohol license running until 1am.
We currently have the following bar options:
Do you supply glasses?
Yes, all hires include glasses.
We have a wide range of glasses available - including beer, water, wine, champagne, shot, spirit and cocktail glasses. You will not need to bring any extras.
Are there any additional cleaning fees?
We're happy for you to do your own cleaning as long as it is done to a satisfiable standard.
If you select Option Two pricing as per the above chart (including crockery) we will clear the tables and wash all the dishes.
We also have an optional cleaning service available. This costs $400 and includes cleaning of tables, chairs, decks, toilets, walls, floors, kitchen, bar and grounds, as well as rubbish and recycling removal.
The cleaning service does not include washing dishes.
Can we have our wedding ceremony at the venue as well?
You are welcome to have your ceremony here at no extra charge, or have your ceremony elsewhere and use the venue for the reception only.
What hours is the venue available for?
Waingarara Valley has flexible hours. We have a strict policy of hosting only one event per weekend - which means no stressful time restraints for you!
Our alcohol license runs until 1am.
Is there any transport available?
We have local bus options available at responsible prices.
Do you have a floristry service?
Waingarara Valley has a bespoke floristry service available (quoted separately) - see more here.
Is there a good location for taking wedding photos?
Waingarara Valley is the perfect location for taking your wedding photos! We have extensive farmland and bush on the property, including a picturesque creek - all of which make a stunning backdrop.
Your venue hire fee includes the use of photo props such as our rustic shed, large wooden frame and a vintage car (check out our gallery for inspiration).
